Since founding Team Mitchell, Mr. Mitchell has won numerous awards recognizing his achievements both within the industry and within Northwestern Mutual. Mr. Mitchell currently sits on the Board of Directors for The Boston YMCA and formerly with The Boston Estate Planning Council.

Mr. Mitchell lives in downtown Boston with his wife Sarah, daughter Mackenzie, and his son Jax.
